The process that lives in notebooks today, turned into a tool
Bookings written by hand, orders in WhatsApp groups, inventory in one person's head. When a process repeats every day, it deserves a tool built for how your team works, not a generic template.
From RD$39,500
- Discovery first, in writing
- Infrastructure in your account
- 60-day warranty
Who it is for
It makes sense if your business
- Repeats a daily process that depends on memory, paper or chats
- Tracks inventory in a spreadsheet that no longer adds up
- Invoices by hand, or wants a point of sale that fits the business
- Needs bookings, shifts or appointments without collisions
- Wants a dashboard where the team sees orders, states or inventory
- Lost information once and does not want it to happen again
How it is built
Understand the process first, write code second
- 01
Discovery
We sit with the real process: who does what, with which data, what happens when something fails. From there comes a written scope with exact price and timeline. No discovery, no serious quote.
- 02
Staged construction
Users, roles and data defined per project. You see working progress, not promises: each stage is tested with the people who will use it.
- 03
Delivery with backup
The system runs in your own account, with automatic data backup configured from day one and usage documentation for your team.
- 04
Defined warranty and support
60-day warranty on defects. Afterwards, a System Care Plan or prepaid hours; if you prefer operating without support, it is put in writing that the operation is yours.
The honest limits
- The "from RD$39,500" is the entry point: the real price comes from discovery and is signed before building
- A system a team uses daily needs a maintenance owner: we say it upfront in the proposal
- If the system outgrows the free infrastructure tier, the cost (from ~US$5/month) is yours and is declared in the contract
- We do not build what a good catalog or store already solves for less
Frequent questions
What kind of systems do you build?
Bookings and shifts, order dashboards, simple inventory tracking, forms with approval flows, internal operation tools. If a process can be described, it can almost always become a tool.
Is the code mine?
The system runs in your account and in your name. If one day you want the code to continue with another team, the extracted project is handed over with its documentation.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope that comes out of discovery. A well-bounded system can be running in a few weeks; the exact timeline goes in writing next to the price.
Why does it need maintenance if it already works?
Because people use it every day: new cases appear, needs change and dependencies get updated. That is why the warranty covers 60 days and later support is decided with you, never billed by surprise.
Describe the process that steals your time
Understanding how it works today is enough to tell you whether a system makes sense, what it would cost and how long it would take.
